Where do I find the main features of the app?

Use the top navigation bar or the side menu. From there you can reach Home, Dashboard, Analyze, Academy, System Prompts, Marketplace, My Purchases, Promote, Sell AI Prompts, Wallet, Notes, History, Consultation, Help, Pricing, Profile and Settings. On mobile, tap the menu icon.

What is the floating AI orb and how do I use it?

The glowing circle on the bottom-right is your AI assistant. Tap to chat. Press and hold for half a second until it enlarges, then drag it anywhere on the screen. For a full-screen chat, visit the Doctor page.

How do I analyse a prompt?

Go to the Analyze page, type or paste your prompt, dictate it via microphone, or upload an image. You can also pick a profession for tailored advice. Hit Analyse to see scoring, suggestions and a polished version.

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your usage, subscription status, daily streak, referral progress and recent activity.

What is the Marketplace and how do I buy a prompt?

The Marketplace is a library of ready-to-use prompts. Browse, preview, then Buy to checkout securely with Stripe. Purchases appear in My Purchases. Marketplace purchases are non-refundable.

How do I sell my own prompts?

Go to Sell AI Prompts from the menu. Become a Premium Seller by subscribing to a seller plan, verify your identity and connect your bank account via Stripe. Then list unlimited prompts and receive payouts to your Wallet.

How do the Wallet and payouts work?

Accepted Answer

Your Wallet shows earnings from prompt sales. Link your local bank account via Stripe, then request a withdrawal anytime. Payouts are processed through Stripe Express.

How do subscriptions work and can I cancel?

Visit Pricing to choose Free, Plus or Pro. Cancel anytime from your Profile page. UK/EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel for a full refund.

How do I promote my own prompt with an ad?

Open Promote from the menu, fill in the ad details, accept the Terms, and pay securely. Promotion fees are non-refundable once live.

How do I book a consultation or help session?

Visit Consultation to book a private 1:1 strategy session, or Help for a focused support session. Both are paid bookings handled securely via Stripe.

How do I complete or edit my profile?

Go to Profile to update your name, date of birth, sex, preferred language and other details. If your profile is incomplete a reminder appears after sign-in.

How do I manage my account in Settings?

Settings lets you change your email or password, sign out from all devices, switch between light and dark themes, export your data, and permanently delete your account.

Can I use Prompt Doctor on my phone?

Yes, the app is fully responsive. Add it to your home screen for a near-native experience on iOS and Android.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. Enter your email and we'll send a secure reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
